The Paradigm Birth Doula™ program trains from the lens of birth equity and reproductive justice and liberation.
As a Paradigm Birth Doula™ you’ll be set apart, walking confidently in your calling to the sacred birth space. A Paradigm Birth Doula™ isn’t confined to the walls of the birthing room. No. Our work is one that goes beyond the walls and transforms an entire community, taking back the very things that were taken from us.
We exist to make a difference. We exist to ensure that the voices of families are heard and that parents and future generations have a chance to live and thrive. We aren’t “average” doulas. We are doulas shifting the culture!
If you have been feeling called to become a doula, I welcome you to join my program. My program will equip you with the skills and knowledge that you need to support all families and make a difference in underserved and underrepresented communities.

FLEXIBLE
Complete my self-paced online program in as little as 2 WEEKS or take all the time you need! You won’t be alone. Interact with me and others throughout the program.
DIVERSE & INCLUSIVE
My program is a safe space for all perinatal health workers. I focus on building a diverse community of perinatal health workers who are passionate about our mission.
COMMUNITY CENTERED
I provide mentorship and support after training because your success and well-being are vital to our mission! Stay connected after training with my private community group.
Partial Scholarships
In an effort to increase diversity in the birth community, partial scholarships are awarded EVERY month to anyone who identifies as Black, Indigenous, Person of Color, LGBTQIA+, and/or associated with the military(active duty, veteran, military spouse or immediate family member).
For anyone experiencing financial hardship, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, or military affiliation, please contact me to discuss payment plan options and discounts.

Cross-Training
Are you already certified or attended a training, but want to become part of the Paradigm Doulas family? I offer cross training at more than 50% off through my Certified Perinatal Coach™ program! All you have to do is upload proof of certification or attendance of training, and you will receive a coupon to use at checkout. It’s that simple.
Recertification
As a Paradigm Birth Doula™ you will receive a lifetime certificate once you complete the course and fulfill course requirements.

A Note About Our Training
Our doula trainings are mainly offered in a self-paced format, allowing you to move through the material in your own rhythm and return to it as often as you need. We understand the power of community learning, which is why we open space for a 7-week virtual live training from time-to-time.
